Final update: I spoke with the district manager and met with the manager. They both were polite and apologetic. I have been made whole. Thanks to the staff and all I have spoken with.My wife has purchased gas and used the car wash for at least five years without issue. I purchase fuel and may use the car wash again.Update: About a week ago I call them (again) and spoke to a polite young man and he said he wasn't the person that handle these issues but he would forward the message to the proper person. Guess what? NO call. NO resolution. The person that I did talk to said they do have a procedure to handle these cases.This review is regarding the car wash only. I went thru the wash 10/12/23 and the brush that covered the rear of the auto ripped the windshield wiper blade off and damaged the windshield wiper arm resulting in having to replace them both at a cost of over $54.00. It has previously done the same to my wife's car.

Pay with your smartphone or the traditional pay at the pump method. Nice to see clean pin pads at the pump as well as hand sanitizer available nearby.

The BEST roller grill hot dogs and condiment bar by far. Great jalapenos and kraut! Always stop there on the way home from the Wentzville Flea market.
