“I purchased a safe and contacted Mark to have it delivered. I told him that it would go up stairs and that I thought I had enough room but that I could measure anything for him as needed or take pictures etc. He said it should be fine and did not request any photos or further information.When Mark came out to deliver my safe, he looked inside and said he would be unable to bring the safe upstairs. Although there is no return policy on the safe, I was able to get it exchanged to a smaller size and Mark was able to deliver that a couple weeks later. It was an inconvenience and an ordeal having to exchange the safe, but Mark does a professional job. It may be nice to get some sort of instructions or measurements of clearance to customers prior to delivery when stairs are involved to prevent this issue.”
