It's so hard to find good customer service these days, but the fact that Kip was so genuinely kind and eager to help, made all the difference. He even helped us load the oversized chair into our small car. It took a while, but he was so patient and wonderful -- he absolutely exceeded our expectations and restored our faith in the retail experience. Thank you Kip!! We will only go back to that Wentzville location from now on as long as Kip is still there!”
