I use Quest D. in Wentzville every three months for medical reasons. I have been going to this location for 3 years, and I have never have had an issue. The personnel is always sweet and kind. Online scheduling is easy to use and I prefer the text communication. I am never there more than 15 minutes in total. PS Tracy is so kind and makes me comfortable when I have to have my blood drawn.

While they can take samples for testing just fine, they are always behind. I've tried this location 3 times and the waiting room is always packed. I even made a 7:20am appointment today, thinking they couldn't possibly already be behind (since they open at 7am), but I was wrong. About 25-30 min behind already. They also announced to the waiting room that an employee didn't show up today and they were behind. She said if you don't have an appointment "good luck." Everyone had an appointment, though, and they are still behind. Very frustrating.

We went for labwork last week and the experience was ok, but they forgot to draw one of the labs that I know for certain was on there. So today, we had to go back for that one, and it was by far the worst experience we've ever had getting labs drawn. Most people would recognize that if you have an extremely anxious kid getting blood drawn, you probably want to be a bit more patient and kind. Not this lady! My daughter very politely asked if they could use her right arm because we've had better success with that. The lady said no without even looking at the other arm or giving my daughter a chance to express her concerns. Then, my daughter tried advocating for herself stating she prefers the butterfly needle. This isn't our first lab draw - we know what works for us. But the lady insisted on using a regular needle, and didn't even give a warning. And now, my daughter's arm is bruised worse than any other blood draw, and she is traumatized about getting labs drawn again, even though we had worked so hard to ease that fear in her, and every other lab draw helped tremendously. This one set her back big time, and I am very unhappy and heartbroken.

Be sure to make an appointment online at the general Quest Diagnostic website. Otherwise, you won’t be seen for hours via walk in. Nonetheless, it took literally 10 minutes to be seen and complete my appointment. Staff was stellar and professional!
