While they can take samples for testing just fine, they are always behind. I've tried this location 3 times and the waiting room is always packed. I even made a 7:20am appointment today, thinking they couldn't possibly already be behind (since they open at 7am), but I was wrong. About 25-30 min behind already. They also announced to the waiting room that an employee didn't show up today and they were behind. She said if you don't have an appointment "good luck." Everyone had an appointment, though, and they are still behind. Very frustrating.

Had a 10:00am appointment got there at 9:45am. Signed in , scanned my ID, sat in the waiting room till 10:30am. Checked on my appointment. Was told I was over 10 minutes late and would have to wait until 11:48 I left.

i originally came here to get a blood test requested by my doctors, and when i first got there i checked in on the kiosk and everything was all good. my appointment was at 11:30 and i didn't get called back into the room until about 11:40, which was not too long of a wait. when i got called back and walked into the room, it immediately smelt like rubbing alcohol, it smelt sterile. the woman who drew my blood was really nice and respectful, she was quick with the needle and overall did an amazing job. i felt no pain and i would definitely recommend!

An elderly disabled lady was really struggling to use the check in kiosk. She requested help but the worker who was there just rolled her eyes and ignored her. Terrible.

I am surprised by the negative reviews for this location. I love being able to schedule an appointment, have had no problems with the kiosks, no lengthy waits, and the staff has been friendly. Most techs struggle to get my veins, but not here. It's the only lab I go to now.

My husband went on the 30th of Nov to give blood and a urine sample. The lady jabbed the needle into my husbands arm close to the crease of his arm. Like she either hit a muscle or his joint. Today his inner arm is all black n blue. We will not go back to that office in Wentzville.

First, no humans are available when you walk in. None, except those behind a locked door. If you have a simple question, such as “Can I drop off my sample, I know my doctor wrote an order for it, can you check?”“There is no order for you,” the rude employee says.But there was, and I showed her the order for it, but it was on My Mercy app. I know they have to have certain things done a certain way, but the woman said, “Well, can’t pull it off your phone,” and then stood by the exit.They closed at 1:00 pm. I did show up at 12:51 thinking all I had to do was drop off my sample and leave. It’s not like i was the jerk showing up at closing time asking for a steak dinner. I wasn’t asking them to stay after working hours or anything. My goodness, I am so angry at these people. Now, I have a ruined sample they refused to take.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had a complication with my order and it was my first time with labs like Quest. The ladies at Quest Wentzville were extremely friendly and helpful. Amy helped my straighten out my order and showed my how to navigate the website. Bridgette was able to draw blood from my super tiny veins on a cold day. Another lady, whom I did not catch the name of, was also very patient with me and helped me with my order. Thank you.

Today was a nightmare going into Quest just to turn in a 24 hour urine sample. We has difficulties with the kiosk and the lady working the desk had to help everyone with the kiosk and she blamed everyone for doing the kiosk incorrectly. She spoke to everyone very unkindly. Then when I turned in the specimen you can guess who helped us. She freaked out saying my daughter's insurance cards were incorrect in the system. I was with my daughter and personally assisted her when those cards when they were previously scanned. They were correct cards. She reprogrammed the cards into the system saying now they are correct. She was rudely upset and yelling at us. Hopefully the insurance cards are correct. I am concerned because she lost all self-control. I understand that she may have had a terrible morning and may have personal concerns in life, but this worker took her personal concerns to a whole new level and I will not return again due to her. Negative anger is unnecessary. We went there shortly after 9am on November 18th.

I'm coming from My children's doctors office, I was told to go here right after my appointment they have our information and will see us right away, so we check in and get a number. About 2 minutes later they come out say our number and name, yet some lady stands up. I told her ride that she went for our appointment. She said yea I was going to say but they left to quick. I have now been sitting in the waiting room with my very nervous 4 year old son for 1 hour and 20 minutes I have talked to 3 separate employees explaining what happened yet we have yet to be seen.

I've had enough with Quest. Never again. Could not get a person on the phone to ask actual questions, like "does your location offer the tests I need?" or "do I need to fast before the test?". Nope, no humans available to help you until you are there. You just have to show up and take your chances. In rural areas some folks have a LONG round trip to get there.
