I was very disappointed. I went there tonight and spent an hour with my daughters finding things they wanted. Once we went to the register and I tried to pay. It kept saying my card was declined. I told the cashier I was using my Sephora credit card. She stated that they don’t currently take the Sephora card in store. That is ridiculous!! Is kohl’s trying to keep a ahold or premium on their cards instead? I understand you all moved out of JCPenney but Jesus get your ducks in a row. I’m currently a rouge member in your beauty inside program. However, I don’t know if I’m shopping with Sephora again.I want someone to just check and see how much I have spent with the company the last year. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands and yet your own cards don’t work at your own stores. Ridiculous!! Someone from corporate needs to be fired immediately.

I came in Tuesday with an Amazon return. The young lady (I cannot remember her name, but she had long brown hair) working there was short and rude with me, didn't greet me, ignored me when I spoke to her, and then tossed my Amazon package with a roll of her eyes (and the rest of the packages that were behind her) when she thought I wasn't looking. It was glass.

I've never had a problem with this location until recently. The customer service is lacking , the store is messy/chaotic and the fitting rooms are filthy! Where's/Who's the store manager? This location needs to clean up its act. On a good note, I have never had a problem with my Amazon returns.

Cashiers 2 of them tonite. Terrible customer service. Arguing about the clearance price with 2 customers. The cashiers refused to go investigate the price discrepancy and one cashier was talking on her cell phone to what sounded like her dad, making plans for her after work activities while incorrectly ringing up a customer. One cashier wadded up her customers purchases and put them in a bag then physically shoved the bag into her customers chest pretty hard. Immediately the store manager was notified and a complaint made but that cashier should have lost her job on the spot. If u shop at this store, do it at your own risk or don't allow your wife, mother, grandmother or daughters to go alone. Is finding people to hire so bad that stores are now hiring hoodlums?

Customer service is usually great. Never had an issue.After Covid they seems to be getting back to normal.

Wentzville Kohls will not see any of my money. Not after today, I was going to spend over 300 dollars there today and dropped what we had and left because of the lady working in jewelry. In the past they have been good about letting customers actually see what they were about to purchase or at least have test bottles of the perfumes and if they didn't have one they used to open a box and let customers smell it especially if they were seriously thinking of buying the item. Not today, and based off of this my family will not be back and I will continue to let others know not to go to this location.
