I called Dobbs and they got me in right away and they did not charge me a dime for the repair job they did. This is not the first time that they did a minor job and did not charge me. “I had a tire which had picked up a small bolt and was leaking air. I removed the wheel and attempted to repair the tire myself with a standard tire plug kit that I had. Needless to say, it did not hold up and was still leaking air. So I decided to take it to Zisser tire where they removed the tire from the wheel and they patched it the correct way from the inside. It was dropped it off on a Friday morning immediately when they opened up and my phone was ringing to pick it up an hour later. Problem solved. Thank you Zisser tire.”

“We purchased our tires at Sam's for the convenience of being able to have them serviced in other cities, if needed. We got the tread warranty and when we had a problem the warranty kicked in and our expense to fix the tire was minimal. We did have a problem getting the tires (they were a bit unusual), but they compensated us for the long delay and were communicative about why they were having difficulty getting the tires. All in all, they were honest, honored the warranty, and got the job done.”
