Had a great experience with Devin. He was informative, helpful, and knowledgeable about all of AT&T's plans and processes involved in migrating lines. The manager, Steve, added his two cents and even I knew he was wrong on more than one thing--that's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Devin should get a raise or at least a lunch on AT&T's dime.

I’m rating the staff on this one. To have a dedicated staff, with poor leadership is a rare occurrence. Shockley, Devin, & Hailey are amazing. I can’t imagine how much better this location could be with proper leadership. Attention to the upper management of this region, be on the hunt to remedy this lack of leadership in this store. The staff is amazing. They are dedicated to customer service. Devin, for example is focused on the customer experience. She deserves a huge raise

AT&T representitive was THE BEST! (Think name was Shockley.) Helped with everything I needed. Was fast and had a thorough knowledge of how to fix everything!!! Great attitude, also.

Hailey did an amazing job! Very helpful, informative & extremely friendly. I have brought my kids inside the store with me and not one time. Did she say how disruptive or had anything negative to say.I would recommend putting up a child friendly corner maybe?

We were there yesterday bc our phone suddenly quit calling. Never did know the guy who finally helped us' name-no name tag, didn't offer to introduce himself. His ONLY solution to our problem was to try to sell us a more expensive plan, which would have not only cost us more, but we would have "lost" the payment we had just made. He DID upgrade the SD card from 4G to 5G for free when we insisted THAT was at least part of the problem. Finally got thru to Tech Support thru AT&T & they were able to fix the phone. Very unsatisfactory location. Fifteen years with AT&T & we've never had so much trouble!
