“These guys repaired my truck when I was rear ended by a driver who was covered by Progressive Insurance. I do not have Progressive Insurance, but they did an excellent job with my claim....but more importantly Progressive did not recommend Mr. Dent due to some regulation or policy but they did offer them as a body shop that they regularly did business with.....Mr. Dent is fairly close to my home and has a nice looking facility, so they seemed good enough for me....and what a good choice they were.
Mr. Dent is very customer focused, friendly and responsive with their customer interactions. They procured the parts quickly, handled everything with the insurance claim, kept me posted about progress through the holiday season and delivered my truck back to me beautifully restored......My wife told me that I should have wrecks more often because my truck looked better after we got it back than it did before the accident.
I am very satisfied with my dealings with Mr. Dent and recommend them to anyone needing automotive body work. They seem like good folks doing good work. They certainly did a good job for me.”
