“We were headed out from Arkansas to South Dakota when our truck broke down 30 miles into our trip. We got in touch with a fantastic group of folks at James Gang towing. They were fantastic, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They got our truck picked up and taken to the dealership and brought our camper to a great little rv park called Henry's rv in West Plains, Mo and set it up for us. We could not have asked better service. Thank you to everyone!”

“New to West Plains. Went to Ozark Quick Lube for an oil change. They checked my coolant during service to make sure it was ready for the up coming winter months and suggested I schedule a coolant flush. I scheduled the flush and arrived earlier than scheduled. The staff was all friendly during both visits and well accommodating to myself and my wheelchair bound son by allowing us to stay in the vehicle during service. We were so greatful for their professionalism and friendly service. Highly recommend this location for quick friendly service.”

“I hit a “gator” (shredded tire) that sheared off the cover below the engine. It dangled and scraped the ground making a noise that would wake the dead.
Somebody told me about Gary’s and I pulled in driving back to Memphis.
They were busy but couldn’t be nicer.
After maybe 15 minutes all was fixed and they wouldn’t let me pay them.

Took my Tacoma here for a wheel alignment after another local shop refused to perform the alignment. The staff were very professional and they got me in the same day. They were able to perform a successful alignment and correct the pull I was experiencing.
Previous experience - previously took my Tacoma to another shop for an alignment and they were unable to get the pull out after aligning it four times. I installed a new lower control arm and asked the other shop if they could perform the alignment again since I changed parts and they refused. This led me to my experience today at Don's.
Will most definitely be coming here for future needs.”

“Had a valve stem blow on my daughter's car and they got on it fix it with the low air pressure indicator worked parking there is a little tricky and I'm ocd so I would straighten up in there. Super nice and very reasonable”
