“Some crazy guy had placed these star like very sharp things made for one thing...to flatten any tire. We found that they are called caltrops and are being sold nationwide. Popped all 4 of my new tires in my new 3)4 ton Silverado HD. 20 inch tires ain't cheap! These guys at R and R ordered the tires to gave me 6 months same as cash and a veterans discount and I walked out with my new 20s and hadn't paid a dime. Maybe I did but wasn't much. Thanks R and R in the next couple months I'll be back up and get those new. Rims. Thanks Again
Frank Bales
P. S.
I absolutely recommend these guys!”

“We were headed out from Arkansas to South Dakota when our truck broke down 30 miles into our trip. We got in touch with a fantastic group of folks at James Gang towing. They were fantastic, friendly, helpful and quick to respond. They got our truck picked up and taken to the dealership and brought our camper to a great little rv park called Henry's rv in West Plains, Mo and set it up for us. We could not have asked better service. Thank you to everyone!”

“My wife and I had a great experience working with Mason, and the financing with Steve. I went in expecting a slugfest, but Mason made it incredibly easy, giving me exactly what I wanted on pricing, and Steve got me a better rate on the financing than I believed possible! We wholeheartedly endorse Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of West Plains!”
“Been using this place for a couple years now. Mostly normal maintenance and no issues till recently. You can tell alot about a man by how they handle their mistakes. My man Korban down there is calm, collected and values his customers. We had a little mishap where some work got missed when I had taken my vehicle in. Couldn't have been at a worse time because I was leaving in a few days for a very important doctor's appointment, many hours away. I had Korban double check my vehicle in the parking and there was a bit of a concerning issue that had been missed. And no big deal he got my vehicle right back in and problem fixed in time for my trip. One doctor turned into more and the truck got driven then times farther than expected. Days of straight run time and no breaks. ZERO ISSUES. Yall have no idea how great it felt or how much it ment to me to be able to trust my ride the past few weeks. A few hours trip turned into a few days trip. Turned into multiple states and thousands of miles trip. Vehicle ran like a sewing machine. No leaks. No issues. One less worry. Thank you.”
“Good service good time frame!
I have had them work on stuff as old as 1971 and his new as 2020 and everything else in between that I have owned. From cars minivan yukon and all different sizes of pickups. Outstanding place and people I highly recommend them!!!”
“Took me in as a last minute appointment and had me in and out in about an hour. Great work, great price, great guy. Would highly recommend for any exhaust needs.”
“I wish I found this place earlier. They rebuilt my alternator and had it back to me in the time it took to eat breakfast next door, all at a fraction of the price of the auto parts stores.
Thanks guys, I’ll be back for sure!”
“It was easy to make an appointment for service at a time that was convenient for me. Tha car was immediately taken back for service and I was out within an hour.”
“Purchased a set of lights for my Mustang, they were as advertised, he was easy and fair to deal with, if buying a set of lights went this well, I imagine purchasing a vehicle would go just as smooth, I looked at a couple of cars they seemed priced fair.It is a bit hard to locate, but if diamonds were easy to find, they wouldn't seem so great when you find one. Locating the diamond in the rough is half the fun”
“I highly recommend Robert! He knows a lot about all kinds of vehicles, he's honest, reasonable, and if it ain't broke he won't fix it!Services: Electrical repair”

“We were traveling back home from Christmas and our alternator went out on a Saturday late afternoon. We were still more than 6 hours from home. James was able to find and alternator for us, a mechanic to repair it, and entertained our entire family of 5 in his office for over 4 hours. James was very engaging and hospitable, this challenging situation turned out to be a blessing! To top it off, the charge for the repair was less than we would have paid at home even though it was completed late Saturday evening. Adam the mechanic did a great job and we were able to get home the next day instead of what could have been multiple days waiting at another shop.
Thanks, James and Adam!”
“We’ve been using Haney’s Firestone for years. Nearly every garage, including the Ford house, are seemingly always too busy. Chris and the gang at Haney’s are ALWAYS cordial, quick with service, reliable and best of all we’ll never find anyone more honest and reasonable in their costs. Mom is missed, however, she lives on in the Haney lineage. With God’s help, she did an excellent job raising great citizens. Have no fear when using Haney’s Firestone, people you can trust.-)”
“Walked in right at closing with a blown out tire and I believe it was Charles and David and they happily fixed me up even though they hd to stay late. Thanks again. Forever grateful ”

“I went to this place 2 years ago I believe. I didnt write a review until today. So sorry for such a late response. I was camping a hour away and my old truck muffler rusted out and was terrible loud. I called him and he got me in the next day. He was done in less than a hour. Good dude and up front. Thanks for fixing it. The noise was unbearable for me. Now its great still.”
