“We chose West Plains bank for our mortgage because we've been banking with them for the last 4 years and have been very pleased with their services. We are glad we did, because we were in good hands with our loan officer, Jeannie Cox, who met or exceeded expectations! She kept us informed and up to date on every aspect. She's always so helpful, answering any questions, always with a very pleasant personality. Loved working with Jeannie! She's friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. She made it easy for us. We feel she's genuinely concerned about doing the best she can for her customers. The whole process went smoothly. Thanks again Jeannie and West Plains Bank & Trust!! Mike & Margaret S.”

“The best bank in West Plains. The app gives total freedom in notifications even telling you if you've made a puny purchase of 1 cent if you'd like. Your transactions usually show up immediately and you can hold them down and ask to talk to a representative if something seems inaccurate or fraudulent. Messaging help is effortless and fast.”

“Like most banks. Low staffing making the atmosphere like that of a library. Lots of empty offices. This makes a customer feel unseen & not interested in their needs.”

“I have had great experiences with this bank. I’m not sure why they have such a low review, because I think they do a fantastic job. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful. And I’ve never had to wait long for anything.”
