Went their & asked for change. Instead of a polite I can’t do it right now, even after I said I’d buy something she said she would not give me change that she didn’t have it but spoke to me like I was slow & was incredibly rude. I get people have bad days but gives you no right to talk to ppl like that. How can you say you’re refusing service to me.

Their food was disgusting. Old and nasty. Brought it back. And they would not refund. Definitely will not be visiting the Casey's on St. Louis Street in West Plains again. Poor service. Manager was very rude on top of everything else.

Casey's used to be my go to pizza. However the west plains managers have ruined my experiences. Still good tasting pizza, just not as good of a deal as it used to be.
