I'm only giving 2 stars because the internet is high-speed and nice..when it works..I'm constantly losing internet (like every day or every other day)and when I get on the phone with customer support I am on hold for 40 plus minutes just for no one to get back to me. I work remotely so good reliable internet is a must have.I did talk to someone once and they said if a "line" gets overloaded with people being on it then the system will switch you to another "line" so you can continue to have high-speed internet...but I think that is what causes the issue..something is not transferring right and I lose internet from 10 minutes to multiple hours! This is a constant issue!

Customer service is terrible. Called to setup a business service they set up a residential service at a business address. Internet is super slow. To reach a customer representative you have to wait for hours and then they transfer you because they know how to help you. Very disappointed no mail no email no communication at all.

I really liked my service, had very few interruptions, which is nice since I work remote. BUT I moved to an area that you don't service and I have to drive two hours to the closest location to return the equipment, when your service techs should be able to pick up since they dropped off at the service address. Or provide a postage paid box to return. : (

Zero customer support. It’s almost as if they would rather not have you as a customer. After multiple years, I think about 10, and tens of thousands of dollars in on time payments, I accidentally missed a payment. No reminder email, no text, no calls. Just what they call a “full disconnect” and a $10 late charge. Fine. Called in discovered my mistake, made my missed payment and was told it would be reconnected. 6 hours waiting later, I called to check what was the delay. Nobody could tell me except I would have to call back the next business day to talk to billing, by this time it was 10 pm. I am currently without high speed internet and looking at other options.

I can't say enough about my experience so far. I talked to Linda on the phone, she was so helpful, extremely nice, funny, easy to ask questions too and she answered them in ways that made sense. This lady is amazing! I took off work four times to be home to meet CenturyLink, over a two month period and they never showed up. Not once. But Fidelity got to me in two days with a two hour window! So far... Outstanding. I hope Linda gets a raise! She'll bring in more business than all the advertisements in the world!

99.9% uptime. Great customer service. The one time it flooded in West Plains and there was a pretty wide spread outage, we received free service for 30 days to make up for it.

High fees they spring on you for no reason. Can never get a hold of anyone on the phone. Literally I figure they must not be answering because they know they have major problems with their service. They keep cutting out service in our area again and again for 'upgrades'. What a great upgrade when it doesn't affect the service at all in any positive way but continually knocks your internet out. Irresponsible, reprehensible, and just generally inept business.
