Had a truck issue while in the area camping and Morlan-Shell was able to get my truck in to fix the issue. Had to have a part ordered but Martika made sure that I was drivable to get back to my campsite so I wouldn't be stuck. Thanks Martika for fitting my truck in and getting the problem diagnosed and repaired!! Your customer service is certainly appreciated from this stranded camper!

Went in on Monday 7/24/23 spoke with Bryan about a 2013 Ford F150 that I inquired about the previous week. Managed to work a deal on the truck within 20 mins and went back 7/25/23 and purchased the truck with cash. Very good people at this location. My experience with the service department began with a phone call for information on enabling OCR function on my F350 6.7 diesel. Les took time to answer my questions in detail, and even let me know about a factory service notice on my vehicle needing attention. When I arrived for my appointment the service department went out of their way to resolve my issues, including a battery charging issue I've been dealing with since I purchased the truck new. The batteries always started spewing acid and needed replacing every 1 1/2 year to 2 years. I was in the process of installing the 5th battery in 34,000 miles. This was the only dealership that actually did more than throw another battery in it! They explained what was happening with my driving habits (short trips 5 to 10 miles) and offered a solution. The Service Desk (my apology for not remembering the names of the two helpful ladies) even contacted the last Ford Dealership to get the paperwork for the battery I bought from them, so that, I wouldn't have to pay for another battery because I didn't have the receipt in my truck. Vern, the technician who worked on my truck was very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to explain upgrades and repairs. He even walked me out to my truck in the parking lot to show me the upgrades that were installed and how it worked. Thanks to Les, Vern and the two wonderful and helpful ladies in charge of the Service Desk. Thanks Morlan Ford. Great Job!

The service center and shop had no idea what they are doing. Took two months to figure out how to fix the car. Program the car to a different vehicle, which broke more stuff that wasn't broke. My sun roof is now broke, and I can't prove if they're programing did or didn't have something to do with it. Ask them to look at while it was in there, and they didn't. Customer service is less than one star. I would never buy from this dealer unless you're going to have it service at a different location. I had ford's my entire life and was never treated like this. When asked for a rental car because Ford pays for it under warranty. They acted like this was the first time they were ever asked that question. When I first scheduled the appointment, I told them it was under warranty. Went to pick it up the first time ( yes, I had it up there several times before it was resolved). They tried to charge me big money. Not a Ford technician, but doesn't the VIN number tell you everything. ?

Able to get an appointment within a week if calling. Worked with me when road construction made me later for my scheduled appointment. Service desk members helpful and very courtesy.

Went there to look at some trucks and found one I liked. One of the salesman came out and long story short basically told me that I couldn't afford either of the rigs I was looking at and had better luck doing payments somewhere else. Not very happy
