“I bought an in wall doggie door from this business in November and I just got it installed today. It was an open box when I bought it but it was brand new and they gave me a good discount on it. When my handyman was finishing the install he said that it had been used. I looked at it and everything was brand new except for one flap that was very dirty and broken at the bottom. It looked obvious to me that the previous customer had pulled a scam on this business and had taken the new flap off and put the old used one back on and then returned it to the business. I called Brandon and explained the situation to him. He made it right without hesitation and without question. This is a very honest business and I highly recommend them. “Dr. B was amazing with our little pug. She had a major soft tissue surgery that threw surprise after surprise at her and Dr. B handled everyone with focus and purpose. Our little girl is home and recovering well. Dr. B showed just how amazing she is through her preparation before surgery and her quick and calm reaction during. And let me not forget the rest of the staff who made things go smoothly, were caring and supportive for my wife and I, those who sat with Penelope for hours as she slowly recovered since she needed constant monitoring after due to how involved the surgery became. A++, 10/10, however you want to put it, we could not have asked for a better Dr or staff.”
