“After 25 years in Customer Service, many companies in rural Missouri are frustrating to deal with. Praise the LORD for the good people working at MFA oil. In my “expert” opinion the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BEYOND EXCELLENT. They know how to use the phone, email and it seems like they really care. The guy that delivered the tank was wonderful. He actually checked the gas system twice because I smelled something that morning. No leaks, but Amazon will deliver a tester for propane and fumes today just to be safe. I didn’t realize that the carbon monoxide/smoke detectors don’t detect propane or the fumes! He also put the new tank in a different position and opened up the circle turnaround. Thank You MFA oil. Thanks to you we can wash off ticks and Southern Missouri will be a bit cleaner.”
