Giving stuff out to people for their hair but it turns out wrong is unbelievable get with your workers and btw tell your workers to STOP lying about hair products

My wife went in today to return a pair of earrings she purchased yesterday that were defective. The store representative at the register flat-out refused to swap them out or give any type of refund. Even with the receipt. It is so hard to find decent help nowadays. Over a $6 item they have lost a lifetime customer.
