Pathetic business. You can't cancel without having to call and be redirected multiple times. Sometimes they even hang up on you. You're forced to talk to an automated phone call, and you can't even cancel services in the app. The elderly have too much trouble trying to cancel it and have to give up half way through the process. It's a scam. The cell service is awful, and the employees are eager to sell you products because they're paid commission. Do NOT buy internet from here, it's just mobile data you already have with your cell phone plan. And I would suggest that you also refrain from purchasing ANYTHING here. There is nothing beneficial for the community from this company. They offer you lower prices for the lowest quality service possible, and even worse customer service. Better off mailing everything instead of texting or calling using their service. I'm embarrassed to have even been a customer here.

Good service, friendly staff, clean store. The visit would have been better if I didn't have to immediately go back into the store to get them to fix my phone they broke by replacing the wrong devices sim chip.

I had to get a different provider at& t I had us cell for over 20 yrs but they said they didnt want my business because I now live in Poplar Bluff mo. so I am still trying to cancell this account and have paid $800+ trying to get this taken care of . I waited for 30 min for a guy to pick up and tell me I needed to talk to billing which I had already spoke with 4-5 times.

I went to my local store today thinking I would have to buy a new phone because mine had been having lots of problems. Zack waited on me and was so helpful. When I told him the phones available were higher priced than my budget could afford, he asked if he could look at my phone and make some changes to it so it would work better. When he was done, it did get rid of the problems. I have social anxiety and hate dealing with salespeople because of how they usually push you to buy something you can't afford. Zack made me feel at ease and surprised me with his honesty. He is a great employee and should be recognized as such.

I don't like change, and held on to my S8 until it screamed. ? I lucked into having Lynn being the tech who helped me. She flat knows her stuff, answered all my questions, quieted my fears over some issues, and demonstrated different phones. She took into account that I blog, post reels etc in her recommendation of a Samsung 24 Ultra, and it is fantastic!!! I have more to learn, but it's flowing nicely and I'm thrilled!The service was stellar, and much appreciated!!!!

Service is horrible, internet is even worse. You never know when your phone will work and internet works roughly 25% of the time. It’s not worth the expense, highly recommend finding a new carrier. Once my contract I will be finding a new carrier.

Walkie-talkies work better. We get signal in town (most places) and no signal as soon as I leave town. I work in the country. This phone is useless. I have no music (that isn't downloaded) and I miss calls ALOT. I went to the store and they did not help at allI called tech support and they told me I was s.o.l. until they upgraded towers in my area. I went back to the store and they said tech support were liars. Who's the liar? IDK
