Troy Deckard, at the Verizon store in West Plains, is very knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He solved all of the issues I was having in getting my new phone set up correctly.

scammers! went and got 4 devices that they advertise on them but to activate them they charged me 453$ next bill comes saying I owe them 390$ for activation fee I call Verizon to see what’s up they say I didn’t pay for activation, and now they’re telling me that this store charged me to set up my devices like my apple or google ID accounts and to make sure all my apps from previous phone was on there like seriously I didn’t ask for that service I can do that myself for free but these guys charged me 453$ for something I didn’t ask for, I’ll be going into store tomorrow and if I don’t get my money back I’ll be closing my accounts with these scammers, because the 2 phones they didn’t even set them up but they still charged me for them.

We live 11 miles east of West Plains, it's nothing against Verizon were out of zone for phone service, people at the store at Verizon were great they helped as much as possible to get our phones working, but we were just to far out, thanks guys

I had a great experience with Issac. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He even made a follow up call a week later to check on me. This level of service you rarely see anymore. This young man has a bright future in sales.

Kevin kittrell is the only reason I'll be staying with Verizon! He's stayed on top of my ordeal for 3 weeks straight and communicated with me the whole time. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Give this man a raise!!!

I called the store to ask about cell phones in stock. I don’t want to waste gas driving over 30 miles if they don’t have the phone I want. I was told they aren’t authorized to give out stock information on the phone. Seriously?? This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever heard of!!!

Poor customer service. verizon wireless employee should know enough to clearly explain the insurance claim process. This was handled poorly. I received the new phone, went back in for clarification. We discovered there was a misunderstanding but was not offered help in setting up the new phone. The employees at this store are worthless unless you are looking for an employee that can just smoke cigarettes out back.
