Worse banking experience of my freaking LIFE. It's like they've been holding my account hostage for 2 months. Called back and forth with them for the past three weeks, just to close my account and they wont even let me do that with out a cashiers check. I wasnt able to access my account for 2 months. NOW, I am now suffering from late fees, because I cant send external transfers, use venmo, cash app, Zelle, or any other means to transfer money. If I wait another two weeks to get a check in the mail just to pay my bills I'm getting evicted.Oh and a note for KAREN the branch manager of West Plains branch. Thanks for hanging up on me twice this week. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The West Plains Bank and Trust Liberty Branch is the best bank I have ever used. Any time I have a problem with my Business account they help get it fixed and always with a smile. Rustiques in Mountain View highly recommends the West Plains Bank and Trust, they are the best bank around.
