“Florilegium is one of the coolest, most delightfully strange stores you’ll ever wander into. I didn’t buy anything on my last visit, but that was only because my self-control briefly kicked in—I fully plan to return. It’s packed with antiques, textiles, beads, yarns, wildly creative ideas, and yes… the coolest kaleidoscopes ever. This place feels less like a shop and more like a magical craft laboratory where curiosity runs the show and perfection is politely ignored. If you love beautiful, unusual things and getting inspired (or slightly overwhelmed in the best way), don’t miss it. You’ll leave plotting your next visit.”

“Okay so while Cactus Creek is not so unlike other Western inspired boutiques in Weston, it has something really unique and special housed within its walls: a somewhat hidden away basement bar. Now, the store itself is nice, clean, charming, and has very kind employees, but for me the magic is downstairs. Head down into the basement and you'll find coolers with a nice selection of local brews, some comfy furniture to hang out on, and a TV that will likely have whatever sporting event is currently going on, on display. There are also some antiques for sale down there, and several games available to play if you want to hang out. It kind of feels like visiting a really cool friend that happens to have some industry standard fridges in their basement. I almost always forget this exists until I happen upon it again, but if you're in the area around happy hour, I think this spot would be an amazing place to start out a night in Weston.”

“Fun place with so many treasures, a bed and breakfast and outdoor bar and lounge area. They even have a beautiful little outdoor chapel that would be perfect for a low-key wedding. The owners were warm and welcoming of our group during a pub crawl in Weston, and I'll definitely try to make it back.”
