This bank is solid and conservative. They have been more than helpful in all our dealings. Here is an example. My wife left her purse at a small café in Wyoming. The owner there found the checkbook in the purse and called the Bank of Weston that they had found the purse. Someone at the bank then called my wife's cell phone and told us! We drove back the seventy five miles and retrieved the purse full of identification. What other bank would provide this kind of personal service?

I'm real sorry this was a huge mistake. I thought it was the Bank of the West. I have not have the honors yet to deal with bank. The pictures belong to the bank too. Please forgive me of this big mistake.

In all my dealings with banks over 60 years this bank has been excellent. Help me in setting up the new safety deposit box system. Help me access my account from Europe. Which has béen very helpful

My son had an account with this bank when he died in May 2017, we called the bank immediately and was given the run-a-round for months. They were NOT willing to help in any way, they would not put a hold or freeze on the account, this resulted in all his money in his account (that was deposited after his death) being stolen! At first the only thing they were willing to do is replace the funds, now they aren't even willing to do that! Even with a screenshot of the person that stole his money saying she knew she wasn't supposed to take the money but nobody would believe us if we said anything!

Don't expect any return calls from Karen Phillips, the President of that bank, it won't happen. If someone steals your bank card and uses it to steal money out of your account, don't expect that bank to do anything about it! This bank is all about protecting itself, NOT it's customers!
