They lied about delivering my package TWICE and said I wasn't home. I'm a stay at home mom and literally always home. There's no one that answers, you can't speak with a person, and there was no one to tell it was FERTILITY MEDICINE that I paid a ton of money for and needed immediately.

The worst package delivery service I have ever seen. I requested a priority overnight for Saturday, I downloaded the fedex app, and hit for notifications, they do not send updates when your package is close like everyone else, I missed my package because I have to sign for it, I then had to contact the shipper Monday morning and have them request it to be held at a location, even though it's MY F****** PACKAGE I PAID FOR. They wouldn't allow me(the buyer who paid cash) to make changes to my package because I'm at work and can't sign for the package. No wonder you guys will be out of business in the next 5 years, Amazon demolishes you guys in customer service) I will now literally avoid buying from any company that uses you guys and I will tell everyone I know. The worst part is I've called EVERYONE, I can't speak with anyone higher up then the people you guys contract in third world countries to do your customer service.

I have been shipping packaged quite a bit recently without incident . When I ship on Thursday ,packages get to Maryland on Sat.. But this last Thursday was so frustrating..The guy working there wouldn't listen to me. I wanted to ship as per usual with recipient ( my daughter ) to get the packages Sat. .He shipped them to be delivered 4 days later on Monday . I requested a manager and she refused to help me . She just said you must have shipped them business . Wrong..I did not ..apparently the guy waiting on me did. Whatever .~ Not happy ~ I will use UPS next time ..

Great full service FedEx run center. Had a very nice employee help me recently when dropping off packages. Can be a little crowded at times as it seems to be the only Fedex run one in the immediate area but you can trust that your packages will be in the system when you drop them off.
