Employees were friendly but rooms are too small to be shared. Paperwork was not explained at all, merely handed over and told to look over it. New residents are not given proper attention to allow them to get acclimated.

I love coming in to work with my Westphalia hills family it's friendly great place to work we gives the best care to our seniors ?????

I like coming to work here. Everyone works together in all departments to give the best care we can to seniors. Seniors' families are very involved here as well.
