Love mine and my daughters doctor. Loved the pharmacy too until the older rude lady started answering the phone and handling my meds. Really shouldn't be working up there if she's going to have an attitude when asked anything. Numerous other spouses said they had the same experience and have complained, yet nothing has been done. Might start making the drive to Walgreens instead just so she can't give me another headache.Everyone else is kind though. Never got a tone or kicked off the phone when they helped. ?? I guess it's just the one rotten apple.

Dr. Wedeking is amazing. My son was premature and she helped us so much. I visited her numerous times to get help with breastfeeding and my son’s jaundice. I wholeheartedly trust her opinion and respect her, she is the only doctor for my son! I’ve never had a physician with this level of care. I wish all doctors were like her.I also haven’t had any issues in regards to appointments. I have also been able to get same day or next day appointments. My issues have always been resolved and I feel very confident in my card at this facility.

We have been seen at this clinic for a year. Not only has my husband been gaslit (active duty) but so has our entire family. The entire facility as a whole is lacking. For being such a small building, NONE of the separate areas work as a team. Pharmacy won't call if there is a discrepancy and will have you walk to the other side of the building to speak with a physician. Then you're walking back and forth between the two just to get answers. I do this EVERY MONTH for prescriptions they don't seem to have on hand. Referrals are a joke. Good luck trying to coordinate that with your PCP. No one takes responsibility for their job. Period. I don't expect much from military healthcare, however, in the 15 years we have had Tricare NONE of the health facilities we have been to have been THIS BAD. (We've been to Ft. Hood twice so that's saying something). If you are an EFMP family DO NOT COME HERE! This facility is a joke! Do yourself a favor, write a letter and request to be released to civilian care. You CAN do that while keeping your prime benefits and not switch to Tricare Standard.

We receive care for both myself and all three of my children. The pediatric clinic is incredibly excellent; I have received outstanding care in the family health as well.

One of the worst experiences I have had to deal with and continue to experience. The nurses will refuse to refill your meds, they will gaslight you, or do opposite of what your provider instructs you to do. There is a lack of communication. Getting good patient care should not be so hard. Apparently do no harm is not a medical standard they practice coming from working in hospitals and clinics myself.

If only I could give zero stars. I am truly unsure whether the practitioners at this clinic are inept or just do not care about their patients and jobs. I have no idea why this place has so many awards.

The waiting time to see a doctor is absolutely insane. The last two times I’ve had to come here, I’ve waited over an hour for the doctor. They are horrible with time management.

You can never get an appointment to be seen if you’re sick. I managed to get my infant a virtual appointment. They told me to be available 30 minutes prior to the appointment, I didn’t receive anything until 31 minutes after, which was a voicemail saying to call the front desk if I wanted to voice my concerns still. Called immediately and the front desk left a note for the doctor who will probably not call me.Last two times I’ve take my children there, who were sick at the time, they just do not test for anything, saying it’s probably just a virus. Call for a follow up if they’re not better next week. But no one can ever get an immediate appointment. You can’t get an appointment usually for months. This clinic is absolutely terrible and supposedly the best around. There is a banner out front stating they’re the best. I’m worried about what other base clinics are like.

Numerous times I've tried getting referrals for different specialty clinics for myself and my son and have been denied for unknown reasons. It seems their egos overshadow their need to help patients. I had a sinus infection for over 8 months because the doctor AND I QUOTE "Did not want to create a super virus." I needed two sinus corrective surgeries and weekly specialty shots to even breath correctly now and my son is going through the same thing and again they're denying us referrals. Worst clinic I've ever seen. Needs a major structural rework if they care this little about helping patients and children.

The womens health clinic wasn’t going to be available for a week and I needed care ASAP so I went to WMMC in Burg and got treated there…I should have chosen to have my medication dropped off at a pharmacy there and not on base. I had to wait for fit for duty which is only operational for 2 hours of the day and I had missed the first window. My shift is from 0000-0800 and my medication was put on profile at 1130 so I had to wait until 1 pm to call for my fit for duty and then I had to wait to complete the questionnaire and then I had to wait to receive my medication which was all finally completed at 2 pm. There should be more services that are available for the off shifters.

They never have appts. If you a have a family might as well call the nurse advice line and start heading to Warrensburg.

Waited 45 minutes sitting around just to get my ID card back from the secretary after my appointment... My appointment was shorter than this wait! Awful sense of urgency or care for patients waiting time.

Absolutely wonderful staff, every provider that I have spoken to has taken the time to actually listen to my concerns. Multiple providers have come up with solutions to fix medical issues that I have been dealing with for years, that both military and civilian providers have failed to correct. My family has had encounters with family health, pediatrics, women's health, immunizations, and the covid clinic, and have always been treated with courtesy and respect from all staff.

Whiteman AFB clinic has always had courteous PAs and staff to include the pharmacy and lab. All the complainers should PAY medical premiums if the dont like their experience and see how poor they are treated at civilian clinics, labs, and pharmacies. I retired after 26 years and NEVER had an issue with any hospital staff while active duty or retired.Maybe the problem is the attitude of the user.
