The employees there were not professional at all. She didn’t take time to understand what we needed for haircut. She wanted to get it done soon. The layers were improper and not evenly cut. We had the worst experience for haircut.

I have been going to the wildwood location for years. Ever since the new ownership. The location is randomly closed every week with no rhyme or reason. The new stylists are inexperienced. The last two haircuts were the worst I have ever recieved. I really wish they had not gotten rid of the old stylists. I will not be returning to this location.

I got the worst haircut of my last 20 years in this Great Clips. The lady didn't even know how to hold a scissor and even with the instructions she messed it up (btw, I am a regular at the Ellisville or Chesterfield Great clips where it's always great). I don't blame her as she was probably looking for a job , but shame on the management for selecting these under qualified stylists.

I don’t know who did my hair on Sunday but she did a very nice, thorough job and I really appreciate it! It was busy and there were only two ladies. The one with the light hair did mine.
