The owner is absolutely incredible & she truly understands the market she's in. Prices tend to be a tad bit lower here because of the area. “We have been in the laundry business for almost 13 years and love it! But, there are those rare days when I find myself scratching my head about a machine issue. Tara is typically the first person I call. She knows more about most laundry equipment than the customer support department at the manufacturer. If she doesn't know I call "Superman" (Kevin) and boom the problem is solved. Superman is so good I once called and held the phone up to the machine so he could hear the noise it was making. A few days later I had the part and the repair was complete.Our company is loyal to its vendors but in 2017 we decided to switch. The company we were working with had reorganized. The technicians were still very knowledgeable and helpful but the office staff had changed. You could no longer rely on receiving the correct part you ordered or may be told that part was no longer available. Since we already knew Tara the decision to switch was low risk, seamless and we have never looked back.”
