They do have a lot of parts, or they ability to get them. They don't seem to have parts people to look them up. Used to have great parts people that could find and get anything. Now if the computer does not cough it up immediately they can't help you. Welcome to 2025...

I ordered a part from the Willard Missouri store and it was supposed to be in today. I went to store to pick up and after ten minutes of waiting the guy says they ordered it from another store instead of warehouse. In the meantime this other gentleman behind the counter, I use the term gentleman loosely is standing there, scrounge clothes like he is lost . Let’s atleast to try to dress accordingly even you work at a parts store. This isn’t the first time I have had problems getting parts ordered from warehouse but come on, please be proficient at your job and order parts from warehouse, knowing if you order from another store it will take a few days. This is why I usually only order parts from the east Kearney store, either Cherie or Donna will get me what I need.

The parts are junk. Bought a belt tensioner put it and and it is broke. They will not warranty it. I'm done with this company. I will drive to the south side of Springfield before I buy parts here again
