I have been coming here for almost 15 years. The staff has consistently been helpful, professional and courteous. I've seen customers at times come in with an immediate attitude. The negative reviews are appalling! The last review, the tone alone speaks volumes. You claim no one asked you if you were OK, how you're feeling, perhaps your demeanor set that tone. Furthermore, they aren't doctors that's the appropriate venue to ask how you're feeling and discuss Rx with as they can only fill prescriptions within their own parameters, not change them. Good grief, pick up the phone and talk to, not AT folks if there is an issue. CUSTOMERS SERVICE GOES BOTH WAYS. Love, love, love Pillbox Team !!!

Have been a customer for several years and have always had a good experience. Recently the quality of customer service has declined very rapidly to the point of near harassment. When my wife, who has stage 4 metastatic breast cancer is berated in front of other customers about a prescription, and sarcasticly ask why it had to be so difficult after calling doctor about the prescription that he just prescribed, this is not how you treat anyone, especially a cancer patient who has enough to deal with. We will no longer be customers here and I would hope management would provide some customer service training to employees. All customers and especially cancer patients deserve a lot more respect.

Been going to Pill Box for almost 3 years never had an issue. Customer service is amazing! Communication between myself, doctor, and insurance is great. Staff is always friendly over the phone or in person.

I just started getting my medicine filled at this pharmacy about 2 1/2 months ago. The atmosphere when coming in the store is so peaceful. You dont find this kind of atmosphere at many pharmacies The staff here is very friendly and I feel like they truly care about you. I'm so glad I switched pharmacies.

I take a med to keep my airways open and O2 saturation up. Difficulty arose, due to insurance, and the script wasn't filled as a 90 day as requested.Why? Because this pharmacy without doubt puts profit before people. They are not reimbursed fully from the insurance. Okay. The owner expressed that he has to look out for his bottom dollar. Again, I get it and am not asking the pharmacy to lose money. I just want to be respected and treated in a way that I would feel okay with filling the rest of my prescriptions there. Then after the owner called me, merely to try to get me to take down my 1 star review, a reply was left on my previous review attempting to make me look bad and discredit my review. Furthermore, while on the phone with the owner not once was I asked if my medication was filled, how I was doing or feeling due to not having the medication, or even attempt to show empathy towards my health. My review isn't because the prescription wasn't filled. It was the lack of customer service and the lack of listening, compassion, and care for me as a patient. The attitude and culture without doubt starts from the head and works down.

As a person that relies on the power of Google to generate a positive experience. I get offended when I see negative reviews on businesses that don’t get the opportunity to resolve the issue before turning to public opinion. I have used this place for years! If there ever was an issue they were the first to figure it out. I have never been treated poorly. In fact they have saved my butt when it came to picking up a last minute gift for my wife as I usually wait to the last minute.? Thank you Pill Box for all you do. Long time customer Brad Bacon

We went to Pillbox to get a prescription for my elderly father. His Dr sent the fax to the pharmacy. Pillbox did not fill the prescription as they "could not read the prescription". The Dr was never noticed of their inability to read. My father was not notified there was a problem. He went 6 days wondering where the miscommunication was in his prescription... not sure what the protocol is but my elderly father is needing professionals to be professionals.

Very nice store. Unfortunately rude folks. Quit using them a few years ago because of rudeness. Went back last month for convenience of close to home. Standing in store with $70.00 of overpriced unneeded goodies waiting for scripts to be filled (ya know support local,) older gal asked me if I needed help but had a tone and stance as if I were dirt or stealing or something? Recently called to get a schedule 4 narcotic filled and was spoken to as if I were dirt, trash, not something they want to deal with, just rude. And I believe a few years back I quit using them because of rudeness when getting this med filled there for first time. Too bad they ruin a nice atmosphere with rudeness towards customers.

I love this place! I just started going here and I'm very happy! They were friendly and professional. They even helped me find the right medicine thing I need (sorry don't know what it's called lol) I plan to keep going here! Also an adorable store where you can grab a gift for someone!!

They really treat you kindly here and with compassion no matter who you are or what pharmacy questions you have they are willing to talk graciously to you about it. They also have a boutique in there and I've bought gifts for family and cute skirts for my baby. They have everything you can imagine and customer service beyond compare. I'm proud of this local business and it is way better than any chain I used to use before finding them where I was just another number. 10/10

Pharmacy staff have always been nice!! This place is a super cute store to gift someone or for yourself.? and the prices are affordable. Willard is lucky to have such a good pharmacy and gift shop.
