My name is Karen, I had to help someone get a 30’ gooseneck trailer moved out of the city. Called several places and they said no they couldn’t help. Greg went by and looked at it and said yes. Well we met up at 9 this morning and he didn’t look at it close enough, we had a problem. Greg was able to come up with a solution and got the job done. Found out it was a locking collar but was missing a piece so he cut it off and yeah. GREAT JOB. Thank you for working with me to get this solved.

Best damn tow company around!! prices are truly unbeatable! lightning fast service and awesome drivers and staff who are good people, fair and honest folks, no matter what time day or night they get you taken care of.. I've used them more than several times in the last 7 years and I won't call anyone else. hopefully you get John he's an awesome guy

Psychopath cut across 3 lanes of traffic last week and caused me to run into the median (with my kids in the back seat) and another SUV to swerve onto the shoulder. All while he was towing someone's car. I called the number on the back of the truck and the guy lied and said he wasn't even driving so I must be mistaken. I told him I got the number off the back of the truck and he lied again and said he was on the other line and hung up. Use somebody else who isn't going to be so careless with their customers property.

The owner was very very disrespectful and rude and arrogant just trying to get my car back after they towed it and they couldn't even tell me the location of my car or where they dropped it off at until after I paid for it, tbh If you want to be super disrespected and talked down to by the owner of pro tow this would be the place to go I would have given them a zero star but it doesn't go down that low.

Showed up to tow the vehicle. Made a conclusion on the tire and condition and decided it was best to go grab a jack to save the car from damage. Took less than ten minutes and when I come back he is gone and there is no other available truck to help. Thank you i now have to leave my car on the side of the road ?

Greg from pro tow showed up very quickly whenever I needed a tow, He was also very friendly let me ride in his truck back to my house house where he dropped my Broke down vehicle And ended up having a very good conversation with him, will definitely use them again
