I went in yesterday (3/19) to see about eventually switching services, and Kevin was to employee on duty. He was so friendly, attentive, professional, and eager to help meet all of my needs. I know where I’m going to come when I choose to switch services. He definitely went above, and beyond! He deserves to be commended for his services and skills.

So i have always done my business at this verizon there used to be a very nice young man named Rodney he had to go to a different store now the guy that was there has been rude 3 different times. And also verizon at the time I bought my charger it was a lifetime deal or I would have never bought the expensive charger I'm so disappointed I love verizon but not going to willard one again
