TLG Peterbilt provides great customer service with friendly staff and mechanics who fix trucks quickly and properly. The facility is extremely clean and comfortable. Customers report being helped without an appointment, getting prompt diagnosis, and being prioritized when parts arrive. Many note it is a top experience for getting back on the road. The parts department is well-stocked to keep trucks moving, though reaching them by phone can be difficult. Overall, the team is known for going the extra mile.
Showed up without appointment, they got me right in and diagnosed the problem almost immediately, right back on it the minute parts got there. Great customer service and all were friendly, without breaking the bank.

These Men and Women really helped me out and got me back on the road. I have had to deal with many truck parts and service dealers in my time as an Owner Operator but TLG Willow Springs was my best experience to date.
