“My family and I stayed here for 3 nights after a not so great experience at The Comfort Inn in Willow Springs....Highland inn was a godsend!!!! Nice, clean room for an affordable price. The beds were a bit firm, but I like them that way!!! The water pressure in the shower was great. The staff overall was very wonderful and accommodating. If I had any complaints at all, there was a little dry wall on the ceiling in the bathroom that was flaking off, but beyond that, it was a perfect stay, and we will be recommending this hotel to our out of state family members, and everyone else who needs a nice room for the night (or more).”

“Michele is friendly, polite, easy to work with, and professional. She is a clear and timely communicator. Michele has a way about her that makes you feel like you’re her top priority. She helped me relax with that aspect of our move because I felt taken care of. Some places might treat you like just a paycheck, but I think Michele really takes pride and concern in her business and her customers. I respect that highly.The units are not 24/7 accessible but they’re guarded and that suited us fine. I actually felt more comfortable knowing our stuff wasn’t somewhat “out in the open” all hours of the day or night. They are not climate controlled either but we moved in late fall and the temperatures were fine, so we weren’t concerned. Our unit was clean and dry and we unpacked 2 months later with no noticeable damage or any foul odor to our belongings. Note: it rained for a straight week after we moved our things into the unit. Everything was fine upon our move those 2 months later.We originally rented two units; one we filled and the second we rented just in case we needed the storage as we moved our stuff in waves. It turned out we got everything into one unit, and Michele happily and promptly issued our refund for the second unit. I didn’t have any issues whatsoever, and was quite impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the office and the units themselves.I would recommend Michele and her business to anyone local or relocating to the area. I was impressed with our experience from beginning to end.”
