For 18-wheeler deliveries you must go in the parking lot with the brick building and then turn right in front of the Gated fence area Drive in front of the store to get lined up on the dock. You may have to get them to move a bunch of stuff. Cuz they've got Freight everywhere in the parking lot.

I placed an online order for same day delivery because I no longer have a vehicle but needed pine pellets, and they're almost $30 a bag on Amazon. I was able to get 4 bags of pine pellets from TSC with a $20 delivery fee, which is a far better value than from Amazon. It was about $50 total for all 4 bags and delivery. I'm really grateful that Mike brought them all the way up my driveway for me.

I will NEVER shop at Tractor Supply in Willow Springs Mo ever again. There workers can’t communicate with each other. They can’t keep there word. I have been trying to get baby ducks for two weeks; we called this morning to see if they had any left, the girl on the phone said they had three. They were asked to save them and had my name, the girl was told on that we were on our way there to pick the three ducks up, she said ok. When I got to the store she had just sold them to someone else. Made me so mad and she knew it, she pretty much thought it was funny. I’m almost positive that the lady at the checkout that had a chicken box was the person that had bought the baby ducks. My babies were very broken hearted, as we were walking out of the store they were asking where the baby ducks were at! Communicate and keep your word, you’ll have a better store and happy customers. I’m sure this review will be over looked.

Love my local Tractor supply! I just found out last night that they have a fully equipped pet wash!!!! Told the worker at check out I never knew they had one. She was awesome she explained that they even supply the towels, soap and so much more! I'm looking forward to being my gsd in for me to clean with the use of a commercial tub and table. Such a great price! $9.99 they keep that price an they will have a life time happy customer! ? Staff here are amazingly friendly and helpful I can't wait to go back. Sorry I keep saying that but I'm super excited now. I just paid a bunch at a self wash (pet wash) place at a car wash in another town. It was the worst experience for my dog and me as well. We had no time to do anything. That being said I'm so happy we spotted this little gem tucked into our local Tractor supply!! Thank you guys please don't change!
