“My granddaughter lives in St. Charles, Mo which is 4 hours from me. My brothers always use Plaza Tire in Bryan, TX. I found this one in Chesterfield, MO which is close to St. Charles. My granddaughter needed 4 new tires. Hers were super bald. I called and spoke to the nicest man named Johnny. He immediately arranged for her 4 new tires and an alignment early the next morning. They didn't just fix the immediate problem; they performed a thorough check, swiftly and accurately diagnosing my primary concern—a brake problem—as well as other issues they found. Most importantly, they were very honest. They took the time to clearly relate to me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, ensuring I understood the necessary repairs without any technical jargon or pressure. This is truly appreciated.

free rotations and balancing for the tires purchased there so after the initial installation fee, rest of maintenance included”

“Very thorough - they even identified a dangerous ball joint issue based simply upon my description of the concerns I had with the vehicle pulling to the right upon accelerating (this issue originated from a frontal collision, and was never properly repaired by the Ford dealer that claimed to have fully repaired all damages and issues). My vehicle was properly repaired and all other maintenance issues were completed in a very timely manner. The cost of all this work was quite reasonable and worth every penny as my vehicle is FINALLY properly repaired, after over a year, and my peace of mind is restored (and my vehicular-induced paranoia is gone).
