Set at the drive thru window for a long amount of time this morning while the teller was at the computer just staring at me. Not helpful at all. Finally someone that wasn’t working the drive thru came and helped me!

Loved it when it used to be ‘First Community Bank’. Used to be Consistently great service regardless of what branch I went to. Now it’s the polar opposite, sometime I get the snoody gal, I went to a different branch and the person was completely clueless, didn’t even know FDIC insurance. Every time I go they are completely clueless, sometimes with a touch of attitude.
(One time the snoody gal told me I couldn’t deposit a check into a different account with my name on it!) like you’re just making yourself look so dumb arguing with me…it’s called a transfer.

You need employees that can do their jobs. I had to wait 45 minutes to transfer money from one account to another on 12/19/23 in Clinton. Now on 12/29/23 I go to the Windsor branch to transfer money again. I am told come back at 2:30 so there is someone in the bank that can do that. My time is just as important as yours. I am considering changing banks at this time.

The Equity bank location in Windsor, Missouri is the best bank, they are so kind and so helpful... wouldn’t trade being one of many of their costumers for anything.
