We were headed out of town to shop for a washer and dryer set. Decided to stop at Windsor furniture and had to look no farther. We found the best deal on exactly what we were looking for. We were not quite ready for it as we were moving our laundry room upstairs. We paid for it and they kept it for 3 months until we were ready. I called and they delivered it the same day and set it all up for us. We appreciate Windsor Furniture so much. I bought my last washer & dryer set there at least 25 years ago. It was still working great but Wayne thought we needed a new one for upstairs. Thank you all so much for the knowledge and friendly service.

I’ve wanted a new recliner for a long time. On the spur of the moment I stopped in to Windsor Furniture in downtown Windsor Missouri.I’m terrible at making decisions so Mike, the gentleman who assisted me helped me narrow it down first by the budget I had to spend. Then we moved on to color. Finally fabric and how well it would fit into my lifestyle.Two nice young men delivered it that afternoon!!Wonderful experience. The selection,the service and the price hit it out of the park!!5 Stars Windsor furniture!!!

We had an overall pleasant experience from the initial phone call to delivery of our washer and dryer. Their customer service is very old school, in that it was awesome! I can't say enough good things about this company!! Highly recommend!

They had the sleeper sofa I wanted in stock when other stores were on backorder for months. Very friendly and helpful staff. They sold below suggested retail price. Their free delivery truck was heading to my town that day so I got same-day delivery. Couldn't be happier!
