their workers dont even know the laws: refused a sale to 19 year old for a scratcher ticket but let a former employee (16 years old then) sell alcohol and tobacco. lol the place is a joke

They id'd me at 19 and told me i cant buy a scratcher and the lady would not let me convince her other wise, she was young, they need to inform their staff on what theyre doing cause it genuinly messed my day up

Do not stop at this Casey's if your for some strange reason you are in Winfield MO! We pumped gas and used our debit card at the pump. The total was 51.00. They also ran our card for an additional 150.00.Yes! You heard that correctly. They take that when you pay with a card at pump. When we called the location the next day the Rude lady acted like our bank does that. We talked to our bank and they said that is on the specific location,not them! Two days later we still have not been reissued credit. That could be a major issue when someone needs that money in account! Lady was rude and not very understanding!

Everything was broken. Soda flat and cold. Hasn't had ice in weeks. Not worth any money, don't go there. fastlane is nearby and way better.

I have been a customer multiple times a week for the last 4 years. I genuinely enjoy the experience at all of your locations but this store in particular has been becoming very disappointing. I am an early morning customer and it started out with a few options for food and have turned into nothing available except snacks. To top it off half the time the store looks closed at 4:30am and multiple time recently the store is closed. I tried to fill up this morning at 4:20 ish and the pumps were closed. Yesterday, the lot lights were off at 4:15. This store was great but if you can't serve your customers and open on time, we can go down the road to fast lane that is always open.

It's the local gas station serves some food has bathrooms that have always been clean employees are friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure if they have ramp in front or on side of sidewalk it's a gas station always busy not a whole lot of room to move around inside

Placed a online order and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes on the app, when I got to the store they refused to make the order and told to go elsewhere

Didn't receive my free pizza after buying 10. Was told that they don't do that anymore by Corp.Very poor customer service.My Casey's store is awesome. Sad that they are losing a valued customer, but there are other stores that will take care of their customers.

Cashiers are always so helpful even if they have a store full of customers! They dont get overwhelmed when theirs a line of people in checkout lanes, they dont try to rush you when your paying!
