Owner really tries to keep it clean and well-maintained, even with all the people making a mess of the place dumping mud, hosing off bobcats, skid loaders, etc. It's supposed to be a car wash for normal cars, not a place to hose off muddy farm equipment. But the owner cares and keeps it nice.
