Have had nothing but great experiences with them. I have gone to them since I’ve had my first car. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They don’t try and upsell, coming from a woman. Whatever needs to be done will get done!

I’ve been going to Gens Auto for a while now, and honestly, I wouldn’t trust my vehicles with anyone else. They’ve done everything automotive for me and every single time, the service has been top-notch.
When it comes to finding a good mechanic, trust is everything. You have to be able to count on your mechanic and being upfront and honest is what these people are all about. They’re the most genuine, nicest folks you’ll ever meet. They don’t try to upsell you, they just take care of what needs to be done and make sure it’s done right. It’s rare these days to find a shop that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they do.

Had a state inspection done for a vehicle failed because of bad ball joint.I replaced the ball joint made a schedule for a reinspection.Never got a call by four o'clock.I called to see if it was finished.Said it was finished, but it did not pass the inspection.They found a couple other things wrong with it.But the first time those things weren't discovered, it was just the ball joint????? I live here and like to Spend my money here i've done a lot of business with them over the years. Also, but unfortunately, I will not be back. This is the first review i've ever wrote. SAD

Spent over 3,500 bucks, they held on to my vehicle for 3 weeks.
I Bought brand new tires and 2 weeks after they installed them there was a vibration. I called in to see if they could do something about it and they told me to make an appointment 2 to 3 weeks out.
I also heard a noise when I would turn my steering wheel, I got down and looked and saw that there was an aluminum heat shield near where they did some of their work. I guess it was in their way because it was crumpled up like a piece of trash and pushed out of the way. the only reason I noticed it it's because it was rubbing on my steering column.
The people are nice enough and I actually tipped them a couple hundred dollars for the work that they did but customer service really isn't there Forte.
I wouldn't say I was completely displeased with all of the work that they did but I'm never coming back again.
If you treat my vehicle like a piece of trash then you treat me like one by extension.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! They were so good to work around my drop off and pick up schedule, even though I had to change it around on them. Fast, friendly service with an absolute smile!

I scheduled an appointment here based on reviews and availability. Gens completely dropped the ball. I wanted to replace my wheels with upgraded aftermarket wheels. I dropped off the vehicle and waited with it only to find out they remounted a tire before realizing they didn’t have the tool to balance a 6 lug wheel. I was told I would have to take it somewhere else and shouldn’t drive on the highway. They then told me I owed $20 for the one tire that was remounted. I expected an apology and not a charge. After all it was their error that created drivability problem when one didn’t exist.

Gens replaced a heater core in my 2013 Ram 1500. They did an amazing job at a fair price. I'll definitely be taking my other company cars there for service.

This place is a joke! Don't waste your time coming here. It took them 5 days to replace a clutch master cylinder and didn't put my car back together all the way. They left brake fluid everywhere on my motor and on the inside of my car. I would have gave them negative stars. What

Had a pulley break on I-70 just outside Wright City, MO. Called two other shops that were no help. Then I called Gen's and talked to Brad. Limped my car to their shop and found them sympathetic and helpful. Fair rates. Good service. Don't waste time calling the other guys. Call Gen's first.
