Pros no doubt… disappointing product fromExtremeOnlineStore…Doug and Matt are pros and inferior product I wanted installed… turned out to be garbage… they spent quality time in their attempts… no worries it’s been trashed and reordered today… so we shall attempt again the install…. I was impressed with the facility seem to do it ALL . Thanks Doug and thanks Matt!!!

This place is AMAZING!!! From my first phone call to the day I picked up my vehicle, I had absolutely no complaints! Heather is phenomenal to work with. They were very accommodating and there was no pressure at ALL! Heather was so patient with me and my questions and the end result exceeded my expectations! Dents and scratches were fixed AND, to my surprise, they shined up the interior. 😃 We are now customers for life.

MADD Graphics was very quick to respond to my email inquiry for an estimate on some front end damage. Heather working the front-of-house was very friendly and bubbly despite it being 3:45 PM on a Friday, remembered my email, and introduced me to Ryan.
Ryan greeted me with a handshake and a smile and understood my disappointment in needing to get auto body repairs done on my vehicle. We looked everything over in person to help develop a more accurate estimate where Ryan was not shy about looking in/around/behind things as needed to show me in person what was broken and what he was going to put on the estimate so there were no surprises, no gimmicks, no gotchas.
I felt that Ryan and the team at MADD was very up to the task of the repairs needed and I'm looking forward to seeing their updated estimate and potentially giving them my business. It's not always about how low the estimate can go, but who it is that's doing the work is often much more important. If you're in need of auto body work or graphics work, talk to the team at MADD before you decide where to take your business. I'm happy to have made the drive out to see them!
