After searching for local garages I found Town and County. I live in Wright City and want to keep my business local. My repair was on a classic car I’ve had for 24 years and is as much a family member as I am. Jennifer and Brad were great to work with. They were informative, the job got done with no issues and the car was great coming back to me. Given the classic nature of my car, they even stored it indoors for me during the repair. They are a pleasure to work with, fair pricing and I will be back as this is my new garage of choice. Thank you for your service !!

Absolutely awesome experience! Everyone was so friendly and professional. They got my car in promptly, finished the work quickly, and the price was super reasonable. Communication was great the whole way. No surprises, just clear updates. And the best part? The adorable shop dogs behind the counter made my day. 🐶 Highly recommend! Amazing people

Great place to get your vehicle inspected. I was late getting to my appointment and they got my vehicle in and inspected that day. Also have a loaner vehicle you can use.

This garage goes above and beyond. I am so grateful for Brad and Jennifer. They are always willing to be transparent and upfront. They even gave me and my husband advice when we were living in another state and couldn’t come to their garage. I appreciate that they look out for people and want them to get a fair deal. I have used this shop for 8 years. Every time I drop my car off I literally will ask that anything that needs to be fixed, get fixed. The most I've ever spent was $1800, and mostly due to inflation, and buying a car without seeing it from New Jersey. I got an amazing deal on the car, and quickly learned why. It sat for awhile. Things rusted out. They have gone above and beyond when assisting me. To driving me to where I need to go when I drop off my car, because I don't have anyone to pick me up. They treat people with Love, and I will always trust them with my vehicles.

My experience with this garage was horrible. Jennifer has very poor customer service. I had contact with the garage several times. I was attacked verbally by Jennifer for calling and stopping by to check on the status of my car. I had some work that was in question if her husband could fix are not. I was told that he can’t be stopping to explain what he was doing. As a family owned business you would think the situation would have been handled differently. I will not be going back and I was told not to come back. And that’s the rest of the story.
Jennifer unfortunately feels that calling and getting an update on the work being done by their garage is an inconvenience for her. I spent almost $1700 there trusting that the mechanic knows what he is doing. Asking a question about a repair that had not had a price quoted on it yet was not acceptable by Jennifer. Being an older single woman I am not sure if she was trying to hide something from me or purposely not telling me the cost of that repair so that I would be stuck paying more than the estimate. I will never go back to that shop. They possibly did work that didn’t need to be done. This is a warning for anyone but in particular older people. Don’t be a victim.

I had called Town and County this morning to get an inspection on my bike. They were the 5th place I called as most places don't do them nor have the time. I was pleased that they were able to get me in and did it in a timely manner. Definitely will be bringing my vehicles to them!

Terrible customer service. Responses to 1 star reviews are a great example, absolutely no value for customers.
Edit: asking family members/friends to leave positive reviews following negative backlash is unethical and attests to how Jennifer is unable to properly respond to criticism. Thank you for proving how unprofessional you are.

This garage has helped me with multiple vehicles and been respectful, responsive, and kind through every stage while also being very reasonably priced!
Jennifer is helpful and explained everything I needed to understand to make educated decisions about my vehicles while Brad was quick to get it done!
Will bring any future vehicles back!

I have been using Town & County Garage for my 2 vehicles for the last few years and highly recommend them to anyone! Extremely honest, trustworthy shop. Jennifer in the office is always kind, helpful, and willing to accommodate! Brad in the shop is honest, efficient and doesn't try to sell you something you don't need! All diagnoses, quotes and repairs are done quickly and always at a reasonable price. 10/10!
