Tie your package to a rock atleast you will know where it’s at and it will get to its destination faster. Dropped package off July 27th never scanned. Went in person Friday August 1st, told to call on Monday. Called Monday August 4th, told to call Wednesday. Called Wednesday August 6th, told to wait 90 days and file a claim. Still no tracking update. A single job to do and unable to do it. Absolute waste of a government building. If I could give negative stars I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This post office is a complete disappointment. The drivers are reckless and unprofessional—regularly speeding 50+ mph through residential areas clearly marked 20 mph. Our most recent package was just dropped in the middle of our driveway instead of being brought to the front porch—literally 50 feet away. Lazy and careless.
Frankly, this isn’t just about one office. It’s reflective of broader issues within USPS. If this is the standard, maybe it is time to start rethinking how much support these operations receive.

They've got one job. Deliver mail in a reasonable time. Yet here we are again. Mail coming from union Mo to wright City Mo. Been over a week for a 3 day shipment. It's got tracking, was in STL for 3 day's. Now lost somewhere between. Nothing like loosing a check in our trusty mail system. Get your shit together USPS. And why hasn't that officer been charged for entering my mailbox without a warrant last year? Oh because your just doing the very least you've got to. Got it.

Worst mail carrier I ever had. Always saying our mail box is loose or not tall enough and holding our mail. Have ring door bell of her shaking it. She also said it was normal to replace your mailbox every year. No it's not.

My mail and packages have been CONSISTENTLY delivered to a woman who's lies on a different street, but shares my house address numbers.
So anytime I order anything I have to check with her. If she's not home i have to passively wait for my purchased items until she gets home and feels like checking her mail.
I know for fact she is not a mail delivery carrier yet apparently is because I cant get MY mail until she brings it to me. She needs to be on your payroll, give that woman some benefits for all the extra work she has to put in just for gettng her mail.
Even brightly colored post it notes Inside my locked box don't seem to make a difference. Aside from plugging in neon lights or installing a Billboard I don't know what more I can do to JUST GET MY MAIL IN MY OWN MAILBOX.

Received a letter in my mail box that wasn't mine, tried to return it 4 times and they still put it in my box. I guess reading is no longer required. Sad sad sad!

Mail lady refused to deliver our mail twice this week because she didn’t want to get out of her vehicle and deliver our mail. First she noted a truck and trailer was in the way next I’m assuming she didn’t want to get out because a trash can was in the way from our trash man putting it in the road and not the yard. She could have got out and walked a few steps and put our mail in our mailbox. When she has to get out she seems mad and tosses our packages on our porch. This is unreal and something needs to be done about it.

My mail person doesn't even try to deliver any of my packages. I don't know who takes precedence on the 2 large mailboxes "available " to the few folks in my community but I can promise it has never been us. Not once in an entire year have they put a single one of our packages in it.

This is the friendliest USPS I have ever experienced! They were very helpful navigating a PO box for me and have been awesome with all my Amazon deliveries. Just very caring and authentic service. I look forward to seeing their smiles every visit.

Doesn’t even attempt to deliver packages from Amazon. I literally watched from my office window as he pulled up, put in the “sorry we missed you” note, and drove away. Dude. People have ring doorbells and windows - just stop!

PSA: DO NOT GET IMPORTANT PACKAGES, NO MATTER THE SIZE SHIPPED TO HERE! I have missed important things, like medicine, because they don't want to deliver packages to me. It defeats the purpose of mailing them if I still have to go pick them up. (Note- we have a spot for packages that's locked that they can use)
