“I needed glow plugs replaced in my Ram. We were initially quoted about 1500.00 for parts and labor. I ended up buying the parts on my own because my husband was going to do the work however, it was not something he could do. Dee's was good about using the glow plugs I purchased but they said in the past they generally have issues with the glow plugs breaking when trying to remove them from an Eco-diesel. If that happened the heads would need replaced and that would cost 5 to 8 grand!!! I expected the worse outcome but within 2 hrs, my truck had been fixed and there were no issues!!! Better even, it only cost a little over 300.00 for the work. The service department was great to work with and they communicated with me very well throughout the entire process. I absolutely would recommend Dee's for service and repairs!!!!”
