We reported what appeared to be break-ins a few days ago. Now our unit was broken into. The property looks as if the owners abandoned it. They certainly aren't replying to attempts to contact. We notified the sheriff. Don't take a chance on this place!

storage units opened with people's belongings scattered. Found my mother's and I storage unit busted into as well. The people running this place won't answer there phone either

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT AAA STORAGE FOR OVER A MONTH TO MOVE OUT. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS AND KEEP CHARGING MY AUTOPAYMENT SET UP WITH NO WAY FOR ME TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT AFTER I HAVE CLEANED OUT MY UNIT. DO NOT RENT OR CONTACT THIS STORAGE FACILITY TERRIBLE WAY TO TREAT A CLIENT AFTER MANY YEARS OF RENTING FROM THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

AAA Storage somehow got my email address. I do not have a storage unit with them and have asked them for several years to stop sending me emails. I still get them, just got 2 more yesterday. Terrible customer service!
