I used this company for years, then they had an unacceptable increase in the monthly rate to $250 per month. In the past if I paid for a full year in advance, they would give me 2 months free, that was gone this year. I found cheaper (by a huge amount) and more convenient storage. Don't use these folks shop their competitors.

This place is pretty cool, decent prices and fenced in units and parking spaces.
Unfortunately the communication could use improvement.
I have two units here and had a parking space, moved out of the parking space midway thru the month and got charged a whole month because they DO NOT prorate.
Was not told this when I called to give them a 10 day notice and even told them when I would be moving out of my space (rent due on the 11th moved out on the 21st). This would have been A GREAT time to tell me that they would need to charge me another full months of rent.
I can't find my physical rental agreement and it's no where to be found on the user website.
Disappointed is a bit of an understatement, I feel swindled.

Belgrade Mini Storage was just what I needed. Holly at the office was super nice and helpful. I only needed a small unit for just a week and it worked out perfectly.

Do NOT leave your car there as an alternative to the airport parking.
If you are flying back late (or your flight is delayed), you will NOT be able to get your car out of the lot after 10PM.
I was told my gate access code would work even if I come late, but it didn’t, and there was no way of getting in touch with anyone regarding the issue at night.
Disappointed.

I have been very happy renting a unit here! They are kind and responsive to calls and email. Unlike many other storage units that never called me back. They are also affordable. I would definitely recommend and rent from them again. I also felt safe with my belongings here since they live on the property. Make sure to read your contract! I saw other reviews upset about how they were charged or timeframe to access their units. They clearly state the rules in their contract and it's all reasonable.

Belgrade mini storage was a lifesaver during a transitional phase. Very sweet service from Holly. Loved seeing the pup run around every time I came by.

RIP OFF ! Be Aware. Recommend to use a different facility. If you are one single day into a month they will CHARGE YOU IN FULL for a month. Discusting

Decent service but do not be 10 minutes late past 10:00 p.m. because you will not be able to access your unit that you pay for cost me a whole nother day on my U-Haul

Been renting a unit here for a couple years. Awesome place. Very convenient and helpful staff. Definitely a family operation so always love to support that. Definitely recommend renting here

Great customer service! We asked to be on the waiting list. Didn't wait more than 3 hours! She had a no-show by the time she'd given them then called us and we jumped on it. In this valley, it's hard to find a well priced storage unit. You'll find good customer service, and good pricing with Belgrade Mini Storage.
