Love the staff. Unfortunately the service has gone wayyyyyy down!!! Even if it says on my app that a package will be available that day you cannot count on it! Over the past three weeks I’ve had four packages that were later than they said they were going to be

These guys and gals always do a great job every time I've been there. We've had to ship dangerous/hazardous goods and this is one of the few places that will accept them. And the counter people are always very helpful and friendly.

Although some ship stores are more conveniently located, I prefer the FedEx ship center by the airport because it is typically less busy and easy to get in and out. Employees are very kind and helpful.
