Absolutely the WORST shipping company on the planet. They can not find my address and they never deliver packages to the correct destination. Try getting ahold of someone for assistance.. you'd have better luck finding and identifying the genitals of a flea. How this company is even in business is even beyond wonder.

Horrible!!! Our address is BLACKMOre Mtn Gallatin Gateway MT NOT… NOT Beaver Trail Bozeman MT. We don’t receive packages anymore at our address. Sons of guns at Beaver address keep our stuff!! We have lived at Blackmore Mtn address for over 30 years.AI “artificial intelligence” sucks!! Changing everything and thinking for human beings! Wake up!!

How can there not be a local number at this facility? My package has been "lost" there for 3 days and The only help I can get from Fedex is at the 1-800 number and they can only confirm my package is at this location. Worst customer service ever...

On behalf of a friend i ask Fed Ex where is the package. It arrived at Belgrade almost one month ago but has not moved. Buyer has not received. What is going on at your facility.

Do not use FedEx, had a package dropped off today and the driver dragged it up the driveway causing damage to it. They don't give 2 penny's. Sad to say but I'd use USPS before I even think about FedEx. UPS now will be top choice of shipping.

Stayed home from work yesterday , to receive this package. I checked the status and it said delayed/ delivery attempted...which was total BS....he didn't bother to try and deliver it. I have to camp out in the front all day to try to get it myself...pure laziness

It seems this is a trend lately, but it’s the third day in a row that my package was not even attempted to be delivered. Every time I’ve had Fedex as a carrier, the packages have been delayed. This is detrimental when you are shipping live animals and plants. As well as expensive and fragile things. So once again I’m very displeased with this facility.

Currently pregnant, high risk pregnancy with twins. Medication is much needed to make sure I don't miscarry. Paid $100 shipping fee to get my medication delivered at a specific time on a specific day. I was not notified at all during the day that they had a staff shortage and my package never arrived. A ticket was opened and I was promised my much needed medication would be delivered the following day by a specific time. It showed that the package was out for delivery all day, the time it was supposed to arrive came and went. Then the delivery time updated to end of day which is 8pm. At 7pm my package updated stating delivery was not attempted and has now been rescheduled for the next day. I called and the office told me that the package was never on the van for delivery it was a mistake and had been sitting at the center all day. I have now been sitting at home for two days waiting for medication that is desperately needed and nothing. Not impressed at all with this facility. If they do have a staff shortage they should be informing their customers ahead of time to give us the option to go pick up our packages, especially when they are urgent.

Yet again… ANOTHER package that won’t be delivered when scheduled. Received one package 5 days late today and another important package has been sitting at distribution center for 5 days so far. They received it on time, but cannot manage to deliver it at a time promised. Sometimes items sit on their trucks for a day or two. This is the most unreliable FedEx location I have ever encountered. Two day shipping means you can expect it at least 5-7+ days later. Meanwhile UPS has no problem delivering as scheduled. Central customer service is no help in getting this location to improve.

Absolutely terrible. They have on to a package fedexed priority overnight since May 27. They said “incorrect” address. We have used this address for years and had a FedEx delivery from another center just yesterday. They had a phone number and didn’t bother to call. In the meantime we can’t use our kitchen sink. This has to be the worst center in the country. We have never had trouble with FedEx before

I had to redo my review once I received the package and overheard the drivers excuse. He admitted to misrepresenting his progress and the package had clearly been opened and taped back up once they realized it wasn't valuable. They said it was returned to the shipping site so I went to get it there and he still was driving around with it. So I had to wait until the end of his shift for him to bring it there.

Likely the worst FedEx location in the Country. NEVER have I received a package delivered as scheduled. They will leave at the location, or on truck for multiple days. And there is no direct phone number to speak with a representative at this location. Nothing but excuses for why deliveries are always late.
