  There are better options now. Never had a good experience banking with FIB.

  Don’t waste your time calling. You get a recording with a couple options then will hang up. No option to actually talk to a human. Poor Service.
  After reading some of there reviews most of them bad,I’m sure I will get their automated response that everyone else got. Go figure….
